The Visitor Information Centre is located inside the Westbank Museum at 2375 Pamela Road, next to the West Kelowna RCMP Detachment. The Westbank Museum and Arts and Crafts Society receives municipal funding to operate the Visitor Information Centre on behalf of the City of West Kelowna.

Tourism is overseen and majority funded by the Economic Development and Tourism Office of the City of West Kelowna, which works in partnership with the Westbank First Nation, Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA) and Destination BC in supporting initiatives and programs. The City of West Kelowna works in partnership with the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association and Tourism Kelowna to promote the region.
